Our local business incubator program supports councils to develop their early-stage company pipeline. YEPIncubate is based on the lean business canvas, mentoring, coaching, networking and market insights, tailored to the specific needs of the community. It can foster local economic growth and development, helping entrepreneurs succeed and contribute to the success of the community.
Program Content
Our local business incubator program is a comprehensive program designed to support and accelerate the growth of early-stage companies. The program includes a variety of services, such as the use of a lean business canvas, mentoring and coaching, and opportunities for building customer networks and gaining market insights.
Our program provides the tools start-up founders need to easily map out the key elements of their business, including
their value proposition,
customer segments,
revenue streams, and
key resources and activities.
Mentoring and coaching are also a vital component of our program. Local entrepreneurs support start-up founders with guidance and support to help;
navigate the challenges of starting and growing a business,
provide valuable support and advice, and
offer insights into everything from marketing and sales to product development and fundraising.
The program also helps your founders build customer networks and gain valuable market insights. This can include opportunities to connect with potential customers and partners, as well as access to market research and other resources that can help entrepreneurs understand their target markets and develop effective strategies to reach them.

Who is this program for?
We work with local Economic Development teams to deliver our programs.
Councils and other local organisations have the option to either contract us to run a local business incubator program, or license the program from us and run it multiple times a year.
If you choose to contract us to run the program, we will handle all aspects of the program, including;
collaborating with you to recruit and select participants,
providing training and mentoring,
and organising networking and market research opportunities.
This allows you to provide valuable support to entrepreneurs in your community without having to dedicate staff time and resources to managing the program.
Alternatively, you can license the program from us and run it multiple times a year.
With this option, you can run the programs as multiple times in a year, and adapt the program content, mentoring and coaching resources, and networking and market research opportunities to align with the community's strengths and development goals.
We will provide all the necessary materials, including
the program curriculum,
training materials,
and mentoring resources,
as well as ongoing support and assistance as needed.
This allows you to provide valuable support to entrepreneurs in your community while keeping costs low and maximising the impact of the program.
In both cases, we will work closely with you to ensure that the program is a success and that it meets the needs of the community.
