How our partnerships work?
We license our YEPEmpower program to NDIS providers to provide participants with valuable resources to help them navigate the job market and find meaningful employment. By incorporating YEPEmpower into your offerings, you can empower participants to find and keep a job.
We work with each NDIS organisation to customise the program to fit their clients' unique needs and provide additional support, such as train the trainer. Talk to us about partnering on our unique programs.
The YEP employability programs provide essential skills and knowledge for NDIS participants who are focused on finding and keeping a job. The way the team link the real life experience of each participant to prepare them for an interview situation is really empowering. The team's lived experience really shines through in their approach. As an employer myself I can see how the program really prepares participants for work.
